1. Interface Agreements

By accessing and executing workflows on the Downgrader network (the "System"), you agree to be bound by these operational conditions. If you do not agree with any node, you must terminate your session.

2. Subscription Tiers & Execution

The System provisions localized patches to serialize Adobe After Effects (`.aep`) and Premiere Pro (`.prproj`) project schemas for parsing in legacy engine builds. Access is routed via two tiers:

• Freeware Node: Offers full conversion capabilities, supported by advertisements, with standard processing speeds subject to queue times.
• Premium Access Node: A premium subscription granting ad-free interfaces, accelerated processing, and batch capabilities.
• You must possess appropriate licensing or intellectual rights to the project files you route through this service, regardless of your active tier.

3. Zero Liability Architecture

The interface is strictly provided under an "AS IS" state machine logic without warranties of structural integrity or commercial viability. Downgrader shall not be liable for broken references, timeline corruption, or timeline disconnections resulting from unsupported conversion tasks.

4. Updates

Administrative and source patches to these clauses can be compiled continuously without prior user push-notifications. Returning to the domain invokes your agreement to the latest Terms snapshot.
