Importing a .mogrt file into an older Premiere Pro or After Effects and getting an unsupported-version or "could not be imported" error? A Motion Graphics Template exported from a newer After Effects build embeds a project structure that older Adobe apps don't understand. A .mogrt (Motion Graphics Template) is a zip-based package exported from After Effects for use in Premiere Pro's Essential Graphics panel. It bundles the underlying After Effects project data with a definition.json describing its editable parameters.
A .mogrt exported from a newer After Effects version embeds a project structure that older After Effects/Premiere Pro builds don't recognize, so it fails to load or import in the Essential Graphics panel with an unsupported-version error.
