Global Privacy Directive

1. The "Zero Access" Protocol

We take a privacy-first approach to every file you convert. All processing is secure and encrypted, and we never store, log, retain, or share your project data. Once your converted file is delivered, no copy remains on our systems.

2. Anonymous Telemetry Constraints

We collect fractional network telemetry endpoints specifically aimed at latency improvement and server scaling:

3. Advertisements & Vendor Access

The network relies on generalized Google AdSense injections. Ad vendors may process generalized cookie trails to provide relevant product highlights across separate domains. This can be globally disabled via your Google account control panel.

4. Scope Adjustments

Data routing disclosures can be patched automatically into upcoming deployments without a hard requirement for user notification arrays.

5. Account Deletion

If you have an account, you can permanently delete it — including your saved credits and login — at any time from the "Delete Account" option in your account panel. If you have an active subscription, you'll need to cancel it first.

Your past payment records are not deleted outright; we remove your personal identifying information from them but keep the underlying transaction (amount, date, transaction ID) on file, as we're required to retain financial records for accounting and tax purposes regardless of an account deletion request.

If you used the tools as a guest (without an account) and want data tied to your device removed, contact us through the Contact page.
